  Livelihood / Unemployment is a very critical concern of the country, which also happens to be close to the Foundation’s heart. The Foundation has initiated the project “Vedanta Rojgar Avsar” , to address the ever critical & growing issue of unemployment among the weaker sections of the society
The Project “Vedanta Rojgar Avsar” aims to provide support and assistance to the less privileged unemployed youth of the country, in the form of appropriate employment opportunities absolutely FREE of COST.
 

Rojgar Avsar works on its belief in Empowerment, and offers a mix of services to impart the required knowledge / confidence building to / of the unemployed youth, to ensure successful Employment as the end result of the process.

Rojgar Avsar encompasses the following mentioned services to empower the youth:

  • Resume Making.
• Workshop on Industry Trends
• Workshop on Latest Employment Market Trends
• Interview Grooming
• Successful Employment
 
Rojgar Avsar provides a common platform for the job seeker as well as the Employer to come face to face through its pioneering concept of Job Fair across the country.

10,000 youth have been successfully provided Employment in sectors such as Retail, BPO, Hospitality, Sales, Banking, Back office, Construction, Manufacturing etc, across the country so far under the project.
  TATA TRENT, SPARSH, MC DONALDS, EUREKA FORBES, HDFC BANK, HP, GODREJ & BOYCE are some of the companies where the job seekers have been successfully employed through the Foundation.

The Foundation has set an encouraging goal of providing Employment to at least 25,000 youth across the country under the project in the year 2010, by leveraging its current recruitment network comprising of more than 200 companies of repute across the country.
